Tungsten crucibles by sintering are widely used for the sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass, melting furnace and rare-earth smelting furnace industrial.
tungsten crucibles by turning forming are widely used for smelting of rare-earth, thin film coating, vacuum coating etc.
Generally, sintered tungsten crucible is large while the forged one is small; the wall of rolled tungsten crucible is thin; welded tungsten crucible is cost-effective but with inferior intensity.
tungsten crucible for vacuum coating is of high-purity, high-density, high heat resistance. Because of these good properties, normally this crucible is used for gold coating. The dimensions are accurate, the inner and outter surface are with good roughness.

We have kinds of inspection equipments. Such as CMM, ultrosonic inspection, hardness tester, metallography analysis apparatus etc.

To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.
If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.

--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.
2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?
--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.
3. Can I get free sample?
--yes, we'd like to offer free sample if the sample costs less than $100. We will arrange the shipping as freight collected.
